We took that same fun approach in developing and executing their social media marketing plan. We’re implementing a lot of contests and fun questions in their social media presence.
Nationwide Ntertainment’s primary competition in the DVD kiosk market includes giants like Red Box and Blockbuster. In order to compete, we drafted copy that addressed the frustrations many store owners are having with the stringent requirements of the two “big boys” on the block.
With Nationwide Ntertainment, store owners don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to tap into the benefits of DVD kiosks.
Author Stephan Davied wanted to launch a social media campaign to drive additional traffic to his new book, the first in his new trilogy.
A Twitter account, Facebook profile page, and Facebook fan page were already established for the book. We customized the Twitter account with a custom background that draws attention to the Mozan website and added a welcome tab to the Facebook fan page.
In addition, we set up a hoot suite account that allows us to monitor all of Mozan’s from a single location. We can post to Twitter and Facebook as well as send alerts to the client to respond to items that require his personal touch.
We continue managing content on these social media profiles on a weekly basis. The client sends a retainer fee and retains our services for an amount of time that fits within his budget.
Cirrus Dynamics is an IT firm that specializes in Desktops as a Service (DaaS). Cirrus needed website copy to promote their DaaS services.
One of the big challenges of this project was that Cirrus Dynamics was moving into a market space that is relatively new. Desktops as a Service is cutting edge technology and, as such, is not commonly known or understood in the corporate world.
We had to create copy that not only educates visitors about DaaS and sells them on the idea of the service itself, but positions Cirrus Dynamics as the best alternative in new and growing market.
Discount Online Parts is an ecommerce site selling parts for outdoor power equipment like lawn mowers, chain saws, and snow blowers. The DOP site offers every part imaginable. The problem was they needed more traffic.
We initially did keyword research and competitive analysis. With that research we optimized the main pages on DOP for keywords that would draw a lot of traffic, but weren’t so competitive as to be pointless to pursue.
In addition, we were given access to DOP’s analytics which allowed us to identify product pages that were already ranking in the top 200 on search engines and optimize them for higher rankings.
Currently, we are pursuing a link building campaign and DOP is climbing the search engine ranks.

In addition to the direct SEO efforts performed for DOP, we maintain regular content on their blog. This develops regular fresh content for the search spiders, but it also gives us an opportunity to create links to products on the ecommerce site. These two factors have increased traffic dramatically.
Lei Wang was seeking to be the first Chinese woman to climb the seven highest peaks on the seven continents and ski to the two poles. While she was in the process of a climb, she blogged personally from the mountain. The rest of the time we managed her blog content for her.
As with all our blog management clients, we worked hard at taking on the client’s voice as we composed posts. Posting for Lei was about more than just creating content. We sought to give Lei’s readers the kind of encouragement that comes from a woman who believes in herself and in goal setting enough to climb the highest peaks in the world.
